Respect for creators
Participants must own or have permission to use submitted material. Build Young reviews showcases before public use and may restrict or remove infringing material.
Report a concern
Send complaints to team@build-young.com: identify the infringed work, specific Build Young URL/material, your contact details and authority to report, a good-faith statement that the disputed use is unauthorized, a statement of accuracy and authority under penalty of perjury, and your physical/electronic signature. Do not send unnecessary sensitive documents.
Review and removal
We review reports, may restrict/remove disputed material, and may contact the reporter and submitter for more information. Repeated infringing submissions can be restricted. Participants or guardians may also request showcase removal or withdraw permission.
Designated-agent status
This contact process does not represent that Build Young has registered a DMCA designated agent or qualifies for statutory safe harbor. Registration and current public agent details must be verified separately in the U.S. Copyright Office directory.
